This course is for the beginner who wants to learn the basics of baking cakes. It covers the elementary aspects of baking and will equip you with the necessary skills to take your baking career to the next level. It is a fully hands-on course facilitated by the foremost, Chef Praise.

Chef Praise

Chef Praise is the Creative Director at Khariscc and Head Instructor at Kharis Bake School.

A visionary baker, French and American trained with over a decade experience in cake decorating and pastries. Her career began as a passion for making tasty desserts and cakes for family and friends. She has been trained by innovative pâtissiers both home and abroad. She also spends a lot of time creating new products specially to suit the palate of her Nigerian customers.
